Club rules and policies

Guest policy: Guest fee is $5/day, maximum three registrations per guest over a season.

Court bookings:

• Bookings are in 40min time slots.
• Bookings can be made two days in advance during club hours, by phone or in person. 
• You are allowed one booking per day in queue. That is, if you have a booking on a particular day, you can only make another booking for that day after you have played.

Shoe tags: If you are a member, a current WTC shoe tag should be worn at all times.

Apparel: Non-marking tennis shoes/trainers must be worn on the courts.

Etiquette: Please follow proper tennis etiquette. Some major items include the following:

• Wait until the point has finished before crossing through or behind another court.
• No loud yelling.
• No profanity.
• Keep the court gates closed.
