Important News & Notes for 2013 Season

Now that we have officially kicked off the 2103 season, we are delighted to introduce a new feature at Wychwood Tennis Club for the 2013 Season. Due to demand, we are offering weekday court monitoring and court bookings! In addition to our regularly scheduled monitored hours, the courts and clubhouse will now be monitored from 8am to 12pm Mondays to Fridays. During this 4-hour period, members will be allowed to book courts for one-hour blocks, on a first come, first served basis. The usual court booking rules apply (up to 2 days in advance and only in person or by calling during supervised hours, see www.wychwoodtennis.ca for more details).

A few items of note:
• Social Doubles are now up and running! No partner needed, for all levels. This is a great way for new members to meet people. On Fridays, all four courts are reserved from 7pm to 9pm and on Sundays, all four courts are reserved from 10:20am to 12:20pm. Balls are provided.
• If you have outstanding balances on your accounts, please ensure to settle those at the clubhouse as soon as possible.
• If you or a family member have signed up for lessons, please note that many of the sessions are starting up very soon.
• Lastly, don’t forget to mark your calendars for our first social BBQ of the season, on Sunday, May 27th, following social doubles.
