Until the lighting construction project is completed, the clubhouse will be open for the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 6pm to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am to 2pm.

Due to court closures at WTC for ongoing lighting construction, the Team try-outs were unfortunately cancelled. If you're a strong competitive player and want to be considered for our club teams, please contact the following individuals ASAP:

The 6th Anual Hillcrst Park Clean-Up Day fortunately coincides with Opening Day at Wychwood Tennis Club! As responsible citizens and park users, let's all do our part in creating a tidy, garbage-free park!
Clean-up is from 10am to 12pm on Saturday, April 21st. Bags and gloves will be provided, and the City will pick up the trash collected (mattresses, TVs and the other strange stuff collected) in the afternoon.
We look forward to seeing our members and their children at this annual event!

With an accelerated constuction schedule worked out, the City and the contractor are on track to have the new lights installed by the first week of May. Please note that from April 10th until about May 5th, the courts will be completely closed. The area will be considered a contruction site during this period and liability issues prevent us from using the courts until the construction is completed. This unfortunately means that some clinics will have a delayed start, or have the number of sessions adjusted. If you are registered in such a clinic, you will be contacted to sort out the details.

Our membership committee has been hard at work processing hundreds of applications since mid-February, when the applications were made available on the website and mailed out.
The response has been overwhelming.
Many returning members took advantage of the March 15th deadline to be guaranteed membership. After March 15th, the remaining spots were quickly filled by applications processed in order of receipt and we now have reached our cap for ADULT and SENIOR member for the 2012 season. We are therefore closing membership to those groups at this time. If your application was received on or before March 15th, you should have received a confirmation e-mail by now, whether your application was successful or not. Please note that you may still elect to sign up for the waiting list.
We will still be accepting junior and child memberships by mail to the PO Box until end of day Friday, April 6th and then at the Clubhouse on and after Opening Day, Saturday April 21, starting at 10:00am. For clinic availability, please email us.
